As a Customer ("you"), you may provide us with personal information when interacting with Connect3.io. We may send you emails and text messages for purposes like identity verification or important notifications. By visiting Connect3.io and providing your contact details, you grant us permission to send such communications. Standard text or data charges may apply to text messages. While you can opt-out of text message notifications by replying "STOP" or following instructions in the message, doing so may impact security controls and increase service risks.
Intellectual Property
Between you and Connect3, Connect3 and its licensors exclusively own all rights, titles, and interests in the intellectual property embodied in Connect3.io (referred to as "Connect3 IP"). Connect3 IP includes patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights. You may be invited to submit improvement suggestions ("Ideas"), and your submission implies your consent for unrestricted use by Connect3. Connect3 has no obligation to you regarding submitted Ideas.
Access to Connect3's Products and API Services
Connect3 grants you a limited, non-transferable access to its API services. This license doesn't encompass content and information usage. Unauthorized use terminates this license.
Products, Content, and Specifications
Details of Connect3 Products are available on the website (www.Connect3.io). Descriptions, prices, and content are subject to change without notice. Inclusion of products or services on Connect3.io doesn't guarantee their future availability. Service delays might occur and if they do, we aim to resolve them promptly with as minimal impact as possible.
Subscriptions
a. Monthly Subscription Terms: You may purchase monthly subscriptions with fixed API credits via Connect3.io. Subscription terms and conditions will be provided before your purchase.
b. Additional Credits: Overages are billed for API credit usage beyond the subscription's fixed credits. Check your email for usage alerts to track consumption.
c. Free Trials and Promotional Periods: Cancellation during a trial or promo period is permitted. If no online cancellation option exists, contact us. If not canceled, standard terms apply.
d. Cancellation: Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime, effective at month-end.
Your Account
Account creation is required for Connect3.io access. Keep your account information accurate and confidential. You're liable for activities under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.
Customer Responsibilities
By using Connect3 Products and Connect3.io, you agree to: (i) be solely responsible for Connect3 Product use; (ii) comply with laws and regulations; (iii) prevent unauthorized access; (iv) notify Connect3 of unauthorized access; (v) not sublicense services; (vi) not interfere with operations; (vii) not reverse engineer; (viii) not modify, copy, or create derivatives without permission.
Usage Alerts
You'll receive alerts as API credits are used. Overage charges apply if fixed credits are exhausted. Usage monitoring is your responsibility.
Billing
Monthly fees for fixed API credits are billed upon subscription. Overage charges apply throughout the term.
Refunds
Software refunds are not available. Service refunds are handled on a case by case basis. Contact support for assistance.
Sanctions and Export Policy
Don't use Connect3.io where prohibited. Ensure compliance with laws. Connect3 denies liability for use contrary to these terms.
No Warranties
Connect3.io, Connect3 IP, and Connect3 Products are provided "as is." Connect3 denies responsibility for data accuracy, service availability, or errors.
Limitation of Liability
Connect3 isn't liable for indirect damages. You're responsible for protecting against unauthorized access and viruses. Your liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or misrepresentation is unlimited.
Applicable Law
Wyoming law governs these terms. Any claims will be brought in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Modification and Severability
Terms may change with prospective effect. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
Testimonial Release
You agree to allow Connect3 to use your company name, logo, and testimonial as per our policy.
Customer Service
Our aim is to provide exceptional service and availability.
Restrictions
Accounts and endpoints aren't available in certain regions due to sanctions.
